Why publish this

Solo-founder indie B2B is trust-blocked by "how do I know you'll still exist in 12 months?" Public numbers solve that without a sales call.
Customers care about churn ratio more than vanity revenue. We show both.
It keeps the founder honest. Numbers visible means decisions get made on real data, not on what feels good.

Inspired by the open-by-default founders who came before us — Buffer, Baremetrics, Levels.io, ConvertKit. None of them ever regretted it.

What we don't disclose (and why)

Per-customer revenue or names. Stripe enforces this and so do we; even our team doesn't see individual customer P&L without a real need.
Per-city subscriber counts. Until we have 10+ subscribers per city, the count itself is identifying information.
CAC / LTV / cohort retention. We're not yet at a stable enough cohort for these to be meaningful. Will publish once we have 6 months of post-launch data.
