Pricing FAQ
Why are some products annual-only?
Tier-3 (library) products carry 1–3 years of historical data — Carbon Clock, DP Pipeline, Churn Zone, Whale Lists, etc. Most of their value lives in the historical depth. Selling those monthly creates an obvious "subscribe, download once, cancel" loophole. Annual-only aligns the price with the value being delivered.
What does a "first delivery" actually contain?
Your first weekly delivery includes rows whose source date falls within the 30 days immediately before your subscription start. Each subsequent week adds another 7 days of fresh data. After 6 months of continuous subscription you'll have ~180 days of accumulated data; after 12 months, ~365 days. This rolling-window model means you build a deeper dataset the longer you stay subscribed, but a one-month subscriber doesn't walk off with 12 months of historical value.
Can I cancel anytime?
Monthly plans: yes, anytime. You'll keep receiving deliveries through the end of your current billing period and the subscription stops at the next billing date. Annual plans: cancellation stops auto-renewal at the end of the prepaid year. We don't offer pro-rated refunds on annual.
What's "territory exclusivity"?
Territory Exclusive locks one of Calgary's 4 quadrants (NW / NE / SW / SE) and one trade category to a single subscriber. While you're subscribed, no other buyer in your trade category gets data from your quadrant — we waitlist them. It's the most expensive plan because the cost of the exclusivity is paid by the lost revenue from waitlisted buyers.
Do you offer custom plans or filters?
Yes — custom filters available on every tier:
- Single-filter add-on — $29/mo on top of any subscription. One persistent rule (e.g. "only quadrant NE", "only postal code T2P").
- Multi-filter add-on — $59/mo. Up to 5 stacking rules.
- Enterprise custom — included free in the enterprise quote (50+ FTE / multi-office / API access). Unlimited rules + custom column ordering.
