Alberta Health publishes a structured PDF listing every publicly-funded Designated Supportive Living (DSL) accommodation and Long-Term Care (LTC) facility in the province, organised by AHS zone (South, Calgary, Central, Edmonton, North) with facility name, address, operator, operator type, and care-level flags (DSL 3, DSL 4, DSL 4-Dementia, Auxiliary Hospital, Nursing Home). This product extracts the Calgary AHS zone slice plus surrounding Calgary CMA municipalities (Airdrie, Cochrane, Chestermere, Okotoks, High River, Strathmore and neighbouring towns), splits it into two sheets ("All Facilities" + "Long-Term Care Only"), and enriches each row with the shared `enrich_lead_row` wrapper so buyers can pull a street view, property assessment and active-procurement overlap in one click.

Facilities don't flip in and out — the buyer use is account mapping: "Here is every LTC and DSL operator in Calgary; the Operator column is the actual decision maker (chain operators like AgeCare, Bethany, Origin, Park Place, Revera, Carewest, Covenant Health) — pitch the head office, not the site." The list does not carry phone numbers; vendors should look up operator HQ contact info separately.
