Federal Vendor Permit Match

Vendors that recently won federal contracts AND are pulling building permits in Calgary are unusually warm leads: 1. They have stable multi-year federal revenue (high LTV). 2. They're physically active in Calgary (the permit proves it). 3. They need exactly the things that contractors in our customer base sell — materials, subtrades, fitout, signage, security. The cross-reference scans every Calgary permit (applicant + contractor fields) for vendor names that also appear in the federal awards feed. When a match lands, we know: - Who the federal contract was with + at what value - What buying organization (DND, NRCan, Parks Canada, etc.) - What permit they're now pulling (cost, address, workclass) That combination is the pitch hook.

We don't claim every match is a sales-ready lead — we claim the matches are SIGNIFICANTLY warmer than cold- pulling either list independently.
