CREB publishes a monthly Calgary city-level statistics package as a free public PDF. Each PDF contains: month-vs-prior-month + YoY change for sales / new listings / inventory / sales-to-new-listings ratio / months of supply / benchmark price, broken out by structure (detached / semi / row / apartment / total) and by city district. This product downloads the last N monthly PDFs, extracts the headline table on page 3 (current-month and YTD figures × structure type) and the district benchmark-price snapshot on page 4, and ships a clean Excel with three tabs: 12-month structure-type trend, latest-month YTD comparison, and district benchmark prices.

CREB publishes around the 1st-3rd of the following month — the latest PDF is typically 1 month behind today. PDF parsing depends on CREB's layout; if they redesign the monthly package the regex extractor in _parse_page3 will need a refresh. Verify the latest run before shipping to a customer.
